First Appearance: The Damned.
Bio: Awhile back, during the time of Angelus, Darla, Drusilla, and Spike, Lena (the Slayer of that time) was cursed and was forced to give birth to the cursed half-vampire child, later refered to as the Doomed Vampire. Though his past was shrouded in mystery, the half-vampire child Jay was eventually killed, but the curse went on. Jay was reborn into a different body after his death, but his powers and abilities were never reactivated, until he was born into the body of a child turned vampire by the experimenting Intiative (before becoming active in Sunnydale).
Now, Jerrold Irinve Smith (Jay) is living in Sunnydale before he departs to L.A. where he's moving. Trapped in summer school, Jerrold's allied himself with a metamorphic demon known as Isis, who is more of his informant than a friend or an ally. After a run-in with the Slayer and Spike, Jerrold has formed new allie, along with new enemies, including the mysterious demon Lohesh and his lackeys Damien (who's past sires have some connection to Lena) and Kali (a powerful psychic vampire). But why Lohesh is targeting him is still unknown to him.
