Besides, there's plenty of evil afoot as it is. A unified troop of vampires has descended upon Sunnydale, operating with a cohesion unusual to most bloodsuckers. Giles thinks a spell will help the gang combat these foes, but tension between Buffy and Willow gets in the way of the demon hunting.

Review: Don't let the length of this book turn you away. Although it's short, all four books together are rather lengthy. The first book has problems that Buffy has to face throughout Season Four when she's in college, as well as her responsibility towards the Slayerettes. It's short, and though not all too much happens, there some action leading up into the next three books. Three Stars.
